Monkey Mind
The aim of this project is for participants become self - aware of their current state of mind. It provides them with the tools to understand what they need to focus on and have a goal based meditation session.

Why? It is not about the time you meditate but the quality of meditation. Most children in India are familiarised with the concept of meditation at a young age in school; as a sustainable solution to increase focus without using technology. However, it is almost always met with resistance. It is seen as a superficial and forced activity. They are left with the question 'Why am I being made to do this?

How?
​
1. The coloured plastic pieces can be fitted into the slots of the wooden block.
​
2. Players intuitively experiment with the forms, shapes and patterns and colours.
​
3. Upon reflecting on their creation, they need to spot the dominant or recurring colour.
​
4. They refer to legend and base their meditating goals on the colours symbolic reference.

1. Orange: Warmth, security.

2.Black: Closure, restoring reality, focus.
3. Blue: Intelligence, trust, logic, communication.

34. Yellow: Confidence, friendliness, optimism.
