Monkey Mind
The aim of this project is for participants become self - aware of their current state of mind. It provides them with the tools to understand what they need to focus on and have a goal based meditation session.
Why? It is not about the time you meditate but the quality of meditation. Most children in India are familiarised with the concept of meditation at a young age in school; as a sustainable solution to increase focus without using technology. However, it is almost always met with resistance. It is seen as a superficial and forced activity. They are left with the question 'Why am I being made to do this?

How?
1. The coloured plastic pieces can be fitted into the slots of the wooden block.
2. Players intuitively experiment with the forms, shapes and patterns and colours.
3. Upon reflecting on their creation, they need to spot the dominant or recurring colour.
4. They refer to legend and base their meditating goals on the colours symbolic reference.

Legend:
1. Orange: Warmth, security.
2.Black: Closure, restoring reality, focus.
3. Blue: Intelligence, trust, logic, communication.
34. Yellow: Confidence, friendliness, optimism.
