Decolonising Conversations puts a spotlight on the power dynamics between people with different race and culture. It confronts and investigates white privilege. How can organisations create more inclusive spaces?

Why? The Van Gogh National Park (client) would like to develop a world class, multi-cultural park. With the aim to invite more expats for the economic development of the region.

What? For the space to be thriving and optimally used by everyone, it is important to understand who is using the space and how it will be used. This project researches the experiences of the target audience and takes into consideration the nuances that greatly affect the tone and equity of a diverse space.
