The Fully Functioning Person

'The Fully Functioning Person' is a conversation starter that asks the question 'Why do people do what they do?' . A blend of philosophy and psychology, this game explores human potential and root cause mapping.

Why? The aim is to build a community with a strong sense of belonging and social cohesiveness. In collaboration with Tiny Miracles, there is an Indian community edition that encourages the women to ask themselves:

  • What are the fundamental psychological needs after leaving the poverty cycle?

  • How do they sustain this momentum of change?

  • How can the community thrive collectively without assistance?

What? Practicing the theory of self-determination, players discuss their motivations based on their assigned personalities (Underdog, Collaborator and Problem Solver).
